Verified free accounts receive one normal menu credit immediately. When that free credit successfully delivers a menu, a 168-hour timer starts; the next 15-minute maintenance run after the timer ends loads one new credit and one in-app notification. An unused free credit waits and never stacks. The website and plugin use the same account balance. A paid pass cancels an unused free credit and its timer. A fresh 168-hour timer starts when the final active or ready paid pass ends. Menu-credit debt blocks an automatic free credit until the debt is cleared.
All paid products are one-time menu packages with no subscription or automatic renewal. Timed passes provide unlimited menu access during their active period, subject to the Fair Use Policy; they start on first use and expire if not activated within 12 months. Lifetime access starts immediately after verified payment and has no scheduled end date. The limited Lifetime offer has 95 seats and is limited to one active or reserved seat per account. Purchases and checkout are not available through the plugin.
Menu analysis does not consume a credit. Existing live menu access is reused first, followed by finite active passes, finite ready passes, Lifetime access, a free credit, and other credits. A successfully delivered first personalization unlocks profile changes, languages, reopenings, and representative visual batches for that menu's 24-hour life. Failed or undelivered work restores its reservation and does not start the free-credit timer.
MenuFit may present a normalized snapshot of a publicly accessible menu with a link to its original source. This does not claim affiliation with or endorsement by the venue. Source owners may request removal through support.
Registered partners can add an optional MenuFit link or button to menu pages across multiple websites. The provider menu remains the primary experience. MenuFit does not replace or modify that provider's links, promotions, venue discovery, or navigation, and does not show competing venue promotions in the partner flow. Provider attribution uses an active partner's public code and normally expires 30 days after the latest valid visit. The code identifies a referral and does not establish menu-domain ownership. This business attribution is separate from MenuFit's individual referral program and does not change the price paid by the customer.
MenuFit provides decision support, not medical advice. It never guarantees that a dish is safe. Restaurant recipes and cross-contact practices can change; always confirm allergies and dietary requirements directly with the restaurant.
Generated dish images are representative AI illustrations and may differ from the served dish. Referral rewards expire after 30 days and are subject to abuse controls and inviter limits. Stripe refunds or disputes revoke the related paid pass, including Lifetime access, or remaining payment-linked credits and rewards; credits already used become menu-credit debt deducted from future grants.
